Beginners & Intermediate Trail RunningThis is a great opportunity to start a regular running routine in a supportive, safe and non competitive environment. Weekly sessions will include topics such as stretching, injury prevention, cross training, Boot CampTotal body conditioning is the primary goal for this 60 min session. Here are a few results that you can expect to see after attending 4 weeks of bootcamp: reduction in body fat, improved posture, endurance, strength, better relaxation and gain in self esteem. Drop in : $15 Hot MammaIn 60 minutes you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. This is not a stroll around the seawall but a workout that gets you back into pre-pregnancy shape and better! Along with walking and light jogging, we use the outdoor and indoor environment as our gym by doing intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, your baby and the stroller. A full nutrition program and
weekly nutrition log check-ins are provided. Join and get the results you
are looking for! InsanityThis class will push you past your limits with 5 days a week of plyometric
drills on top of non stop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and
core training moves. No equipment or weights needed just the will to get
you the hardest body you have ever had! Burn up to 1000 calories each
class and get the most insane body in 60 days! This class is for the more
advanced participant only 10 participants will be accepted each month. Kids Fitness Camp (July / August)Looking for something fun and challenging for your children this summer. Soul Fitness has your answer with an amazing youth development camp forkids 7 - 14 years old. Overall health and conditioning are the primary goals, each class will include a fitness circuit, organized game play, leadership skills, nutrition information and more. Teens are sponges for knowledge and know how, give them the chance to explore this fun and non-competitive conditioning camp.

Thursday Weight Loss ChallengeDo you have what it takes to be the North Shore's next biggest loser? This
program is lead by certified Personal Trainers and a Nutritionist. Soul
Fitness will provide weekly fitness classes, pre-post body composition
assessments, weekly nutrition and activity log check-ins and plenty of
motivation and encouragement. You will be assigned to a team, the team
with the most amount of fitness results after 6 weeks is deemed the
