Our classes are ongoing; after all it's a lifestyle change. You're welcome to join for a little as one class, a month or stay on board with our veteran members and make this part of your maintenance routine. Whether you have 5lbs to lose or 100lbs, these classes are for YOU! We have designed a unique fitness class that is suitable for all levels of fitness. These classes also cater to our maintenance members, those who have reached their overall weight loss goals and are now exercising to keep fit.

What to bring: A yoga or stretch mat and plenty of water

*Urban Body Sculpt participants are required to bring a set of 3lb and 5lb hand weights, yoga mat and stretching tie (men’s neck tie or house coat tie)

Make up classes: All participants registered on a monthly fitness class program are entitled to up to 2 make up classes these classes must be used within your month registered. (make up classes can not be used towards Urban Body Sculpt)


All Group Fitness Classes are led by Certified Personal Trainers



Beginners & Intermediate Trail Running

This is a great opportunity to start a regular running routine in a supportive, safe and non competitive environment. Weekly sessions will include topics such as stretching, injury prevention, cross training,
nutrition and more.

Thursdays at 6:30 pm, Saturday at 8 am
Fee: $96 for 4 weeks

Fit-Camp

Total body conditioning is the primary goal for this 60 min session. Here are a few results that you can expect to see after attending 4 weeks of Fit-Camp: reduction in body fat, improved posture, endurance, strength, better relaxation and gain in self esteem.

Insanity

This class will push you past your limits with 5 days a week of plyometric drills on top of non stop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training moves. No equipment or weights needed just the will to get you the hardest body you have ever had! Burn up to 1000 calories each class and get the most insane body in 60 days! This class is for the more advanced participant only 10 participants will be accepted each month.

Kids Fitness Camp (July / August)

Looking for something fun and challenging for your children this summer. Soul Fitness has your answer with an amazing youth development camp forkids 7 - 14 years old. Overall health and conditioning are the primary goals, each class will include a fitness circuit, organized game play, leadership skills, nutrition information and more. Teens are sponges for knowledge and know how, give them the chance to explore this fun and non-competitive conditioning camp.

Urban Body Sculpt

Ever wonder how celebrities get into pristine shape after having a baby or gaining major weight for a role? Soul Fitness has discovered their secret.....

With years of research Tracy Boardman has designed a unique fitness program that will get you lean, sculpted and in better shape than ever before. This training program will change the shape of your muscles and body. Using a combination of pilates, yoga, dance inspired moves and personal training exercises your body will be challenged in all of your stabalizer, small and large muscle groups. This class TARGETS our HOT SPOTS inner thighs, glutes, arms and abs.

Weight Loss Challenge

Do you have what it takes to be the North Shore's next biggest loser? This program is lead by certified Personal Trainers and a Nutritionist. Soul Fitness will provide weekly fitness classes, pre-post body composition assessments, weekly nutrition and activity log check-ins and plenty of motivation and encouragement. You will be assigned to a team, the team with the most amount of fitness results after 6 weeks is deemed the winner. Gifts will be awarded and bragging rights go to the trainer. Hiking Club

Explore the local mountains in a safe, enjoyable and scenic environment. In addition to the local mountains we organize hikes to the Chief and Elfin lakes in Squamish, Wedgemount Lake in Whistler, and Mount Gardner on Bowen Island.
